While my husband and I don’t follow a strict Paleo diet, we do try to get the vast majority of our nutrition from whole foods like meats, veggies, and fruits while limiting grains. That kind of diet coupled with a busy lifestyle makes the grill our best friend. Several nights a week, our dinner consists of something – usually chicken or steak – tossed on the grill and served alongside veggies.
As we continue into fall and the daylight hours get shorter, though, my husband is left out in the dark on the deck under our bistro lights – not the brightest lights in the world. So we gave the Zeust barbecue grill light a try, and are really impressed with the light output from this little lamp!
It’s super easy to clamp onto the handle of the grill, and worked great on our little charcoal grill. I would think based on the design that this clamp would be fairly universal for most grill handles.
The light is super bright, and does an excellent job of illuminated the whole grill space, so we can easily monitor our food and see when it’s done and to be pulled off.
It’s also worth noting the light is itself is fairly heavy, and doesn’t feel cheaply made at all. This will be a must-have accessory to get us through the fall and winter so our grilled meals don’t have to stop.
